PrintDesk
Nothing sent without your say-so.
How it works
No new system to learn. Leads come in, PrintDesk does the first pass, and you make the call.
What the customer wants, whether it's banners, signs, wraps or murals, and whether they already have artwork.
From your own knowledge base: the right questions, or the store link when the item is sold online.
Review, edit, approve. Anything unusual goes to a person. It never guesses.
Built for shop work
Your rules, not generic advice. Tell it how you price, what to ask, and when a person must step in.
Control
PrintDesk earns trust one reply type at a time.
Turn on auto-send for a reply type only after it has proven itself. Until then, nothing leaves without a click from you.
It follows exactly what's written there.
Unknown links and prices are held back, every time.
The reasoning, the rules used, each step taken.
Similar jobs from your history, never shown to customers.
Privacy
PrintDesk runs on a computer in your shop, not in someone else's cloud. Customer emails and price history stay with you. Team sign-in uses one-time email codes.
Not until you say so. Every reply waits for your approval. Once a reply type has a long record of being approved without edits, you can turn on auto-send for just that type. Replies with an unknown link or a price always wait.
It says so and hands the email to a person. If something in your knowledge base is still blank, PrintDesk treats it as unknown and doesn't guess.
It can look at what similar jobs cost in the past, but that's shown only to you as a guide. Replies that contain a price are held for your approval.
Yes. Every email shows the reasoning, the rules it used and each step it took.
